Our Vision & Accomplishments

At Kumari Tea, our vision is threefold

We are dedicated to producing high-quality tea and boosting Nepal's tea exports. We prioritize women empowerment by providing job opportunities and a supportive work environment. Additionally, we support farmers by offering them work opportunities and collaborating with them in our tea production process.

In line with our vision, we are proud of our accomplishments

Our teas have reached various corners of the globe, with exports to multiple countries showcasing the excellence of Nepali tea. Additionally, we take pride in the fact that 80% of our current employees are women. Furthermore, during each tea collecting season, we provide employment to over 300 farmers, contributing to the sustainability of local communities and agriculture. In the future, we hope to further expand our reach and impact, continuing to uphold our values of quality, empowerment, and community support.
